Registration info



  • The National Federation („NF“) is responsible for the registration. NF fill the registration and pay the invoice. A complete registration consists of the filing of the complete registration form and by transferring the complete payment of the balance to the invoice stansted bank account.

Registration is possible to fill via the online registration platform on http://registration.ecueuropeans2017.eu. Each ECU member of NF has obtained a login information to the contact email address. If not, or if the login doesn´t work, please contact us on info@ECUEuropeans2017.eu.

NICE TO HAVE:

The National Federation can share with their nominated clubs an entry form in XLS form (download here), which can be, after the filling, easily imported to the online registration system. Or NF can fill out the whole registration directly in the online system, without using the XLS form for the clubs. But to make the process easier we do recommend to the NF to send out the XLS form to the nominated clubs. And after collecting them, import them to the online system.

  •  Only two participating teams per division from one country can be registered to the championships (exception for ECL winners).

Note: There are no longer Partner Stunts, Group Stunts and Doubles dances divisions on ECU European Cheerleading Championships.

  •  Number of registered Athletes and Entourages:

Athletes Team divisions: 16 (Min 18 for Jazz) – 25 per team.
Substitutes Team divisions: up to 5 substitutes per team.
Entourages Team divisions: up to 5 coaches or assistants/helpers/accompanying persons per team. (NOT including team photographer who is ordered separately).

  • The registration fee to the ECU European Cheerleading Championship 2017 is 35,- € per person. The fee is regardless of the number of categories, which a person competes in. The registration fee must be paid for each athlete and entourages (as substitute, coaches, assistant coaches or team helpers) that is registered to the competition. Photographers will be registered separately.

  • The deadline for the registration is 24th May 2017. All changes is possible to make until 24th May 2017. In case of late nomination and registration, an extra fee will be charged to the NF.

  • All changes made after the registration deadline will result in a 20 EUR processing fee per change.

  • The participant can cancel his or her participation until 14 days prior the competition. In this case there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the initial competition fee. No fees can be refunded when participants cancels or withdraws from the competition after 14 days prior to the event.
